Custom invitations are one-of-a-kind, bespoke pieces that are made only for you to fit your style and wedding colors! Not sure what exactly you want? Part of the process is a design consultation, during which I will be more than happy to guide you and offer suggestions!
I run full service stationery studio and my services include: wedding invitations, save-the-date cards, menu cards, escort cards, wedding programs, place cards, thank you cards, favor tags, and other paper accessories. My services also stretch beyond just weddings- I design invitations for bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, and other occasions.
How the process works for custom wedding invitations (or any other piece of stationery):
LET’S TALK: DESIGN CONSULTATION
I like starting off with chatting with you a little about your wedding, your theme, your ideas, and your budget. We can chat via email, phone, or Skype (your preference). If you are not sure what you want or have “too many ideas”, you don’t need to worry- together, we will craft the perfect design concept for your wedding stationery.
DESIGNING THE PROOF
After we have ironed out the design details, I will email you a proof of the design. You will be able to provide me with feedback at this point, and I make potential revisions. Together, we also pick the perfect fonts, envelope, and envelope liner. The first part of the payment (design fee) is also due at this step.
FULL SCALE PRODUCTION
Once you are happy with the final proof, the invitations will be printed and final touches will be added. After that, I pack your invitations with special care and I usually include a little extra goodie as a thank you. I always follow up after a few weeks to make sure that you received your stationery and that you are 100% happy. The second part of your payment (production fee) is due at this stage.
STAY IN TOUCH
I love staying in touch with clients and I am equally obsessed with weddings, so please feel free to send me feedback and snaps from your wedding!
Pricing varies and depends of many factors: the amount of work involved, the type of paper, liner, and envelope you choose, type of finish (ex. gold foil). Most clients spend between $750 and $1,200 for 100 invitations.
